Athletics Homepage

AVON I-91 South to the Bradley Field Exit. Take Rt. 20 (Granby- East Granby Exit). Stay on Rt. 20 to the center of Granby. (Intersections of Rts. 10 & 202) Left on 10 & 202. Stay on this route until you come to Rt. 44 - right on Rt. 44. You will come to an intersection with 3 gas stations and a grocery store. Take a left (this will be West Avon Rd.), Go through a set of lights past the fire station -school will be on your left. This will be approximately 2 miles from Rt.44. (510 West Avon Rd.)

BOLTON From Hartford and Points West: Take I-84 E to Manchester. Take the exit for I-384 E. Travel on I – 384 E until Exit 5 – Rt. 85 Bolton. At the end of the exit ramp take a right onto Bolton Center Road. Continue on Bolton Center Road until you come to the stop sign at the center of town. Continue straight and then bear left down the hill. You will see Rose’s Farm on your left. Take the fourth right turn onto Brandy St. Bolton High School is half a mile up on the left.

From Hebron CT and Points East: Take Rt. 85 through Hebron and into Bolton. In Bolton, you will pass A&A Food Store on your right. A mile past the food store, take a right onto Loomis Road (There is a sign for Tessier’s Garden Center at this intersection.) Go straight through the first stop sign. At the next stop sign, take a left and a quick right into the Bolton High School entrance.

Directions to the Bolton Ice Palace

From Points West: Take Rt. 84 E from Hartford. Take Rt. 384 E until the intersection of Rt. 6 E. Stay in the right lane and take Rt. 6 E. The Bolton Ice Palace is 1/4 mile on the right, directly opposite the Munson's Candy Store at the bottom of the hill.

From Points East: Take Rt. 6 W from Willimantic. The Bolton Ice Palace is on the left, directly opposite Munson's Candy Store, just before the intersection with Rt. 384 and Rt. 44.

Directions to Tallwood Country Club

From Points East: From Rt. 66, take Rt. 85 west from Hebron. Follow the signs for Gay City State Park. Tallwood Country Club is on the left just after Rt. 85 takes a hard right turn.

From Hartford and Points West: Take I-84 E to Manchester. Take the exit for I-384 E. Travel on I – 384 E until Exit 5 – Rt. 85 Bolton. At the end of the exit ramp take a right onto Bolton Center Road (which is also Rt. 85.) Take the hard right turn, following Rt. 85 E. Continue on Rt. 85 past Gay City State Park. Tallwood Country Club is on the right a mile or so past the state park.

CANTON From the North:
Take Routes 10 and 202 to Avon, then Routes 33 and 202 West. In Canton take Left onto East Hill Road. Go to the second stop sign, turn right onto Simonds Ave. At first stop sign turn right into the school driveway. OR

Take I91 to Hartford and I84 to Farmington, exit 39, route 4. Follow Rt 4 West to Rt 10. Take Rt 10 to Rt 44 and 202 West.
In Canton take Left onto East Hill Road. Go to the second stop sign, turn right onto Simonds Ave. At first stop sign turn right into the school driveway.

From the South:
Take I84 East to Farmington, Exit 39, Route 4. Follow Rt 4 West to Rt 10. Take Rt 10 to Rt 44 and 202 West. In Canton take Left onto East Hill Road. Go to the second stop sign, turn right onto Simonds Ave. At first stop sign turn right into the school driveway.

From the East:
Take I84 West to Farmington, Exit 39, Route 4. Follow Rt 4 West to Rt 10. Take Rt 10 to Rt 44 and 202 West. In Canton take Left onto East Hill Road. Go to the second stop sign, turn right onto Simonds Ave. At first stop sign turn right into the school driveway.

From the West:
Take Rt. 44/202 to Canton, at 1st traffic light turn right onto Rt. 179. Continue about 3/4 mile and turn left onto Simonds Ave. OR
Take Rt 4 through Burlington to junction of Rt. 4 and Rt. 179. Turn left onto Rt. 179 and continue to Collinsville. Take a right at stop sign, across bridge, then bear left at Service station. Simonds ave is 2nd right past Collinsville Volunteer Fire Dept. Go to 2nd stop sign and take left into the school driveway.

COVENTRY I-291 East to I-384 East. Follow I-384 East until it ends. Bear Left to get on Route 44 East. Follow Route 44 for 4.3 miles. Turn Right (South) on RT 31. Follow Route 31 for 3.2 miles. Turn Left on Ripley Hill Rd. High School is immediately on the on Right

EAST GRANBY Take I-91 south and then take the Bradley Field Exit. Take Rt. 20 Granby-East Granby Exit). At the third set of lights take a left on Rt. 187. The school is one mile from the intersection on the left.

ELLINGTON Take Depot Street in Broad Brook to the end. (This will be Rt. 140) At the stop sign, take a right and keep on Rt. 140 until you come to the center of Ellington. Bear to the left: the school is on the left.

ENFIELD Follow Route 5 North, through the intersection of South Road and Route 5. Enfield High School will be on the left side of the road, just past the intersection. For athletic field parking, take your 1st left past the High School on Nutmeg Street. Go down the hill and take your first left. This leads directly into the parking area.

GRANBY Take I-91 south and then take the Bradley field Exit. Take Rt. 20 (Granby-East Granby Exit). Stay on Rt. 20 to the center of Granby, (Rt. 10 & 202) Take a right on Rt. 10 north. The school is on the left about 1/8 mile from the intersection (Salmon Brook Street)

SOMERS Follow North Road through Broad Brook (Rt. 191) until you come to Rt. 190. Take a right onto Rt. 190 and continue through until you come to the lights at Ninth District Road. Take a right and the school is on the left.

STAFFORD Follow directions to Somers High, except at the light (Ninth District Road) proceed straight. At the fork in the road, (amusement center) bear left. Proceed straight over railroad tracks and then at an intersection (Rt. 32) proceed straight. The school will be on the right.

Bruce Park and Suffield High School

Rt 91 N Exit 40 . Second Exit take right on Rt 75.
follow Rt 75 to Rt 168. (approx 5 miles) Left on Rt 168
(Mountain Rd)

Bruce Park (Field Hockey, Soccer and Cross Country Meets)

Go approx 1 mile and take a left after the Police station. There is a sign and road for Bazin Bruce Park. Fields are in the back. Entrance is between the police station and elementary school

SUFFIELD HIGH SCHOOL Left on RT 168 go approx 3/4 of a mile and take a left on Sheldon Street. School is on the right approx 1 mile

TOLLAND Follow Rt.140 through Ellington to Rt. 30 (near Crystal Lake). At this 4-way stop sign, take a right. Go to next traffic light. Take a left - the school is approximately four (4) miles on right side of road. (56 Old Cathole Road)

WINDSOR LOCKS Cross the Windsor Locks Bridge and take a left onto Main St. At your second light take a right onto Elm St. Proceed on Elm St. to your third light. Take a left onto South Center St. The school is on your left about 1/3 mile up the street.
