As part of admission to the dance, the student council also collected a number of non-perishable food items to add to our annual canned food drive.

The student council will be running its annual can food drive starting November 7th and running to November 16th.  During this time, students are encouraged to bring in any non-perishable food items to their homeroom.  At the end of the two weeks, the student council will count and then collect all items from each of the homerooms.  The homeroom with the most number of items will receive the Golden Can Award and a pizza party.  All proceeds from this event will be delivered to East Windsor’s own VNA, a local charity organization that will be distributing these donations to the needy during the up-coming holiday season.
